The brief was for a four-part event over 1½ days with multiple objectives but with the primary requirement of launching KEEN, an ERDF funded Knowledge Exchange project headed up by The University of Wolverhampton.

The result was a daytime seminar for KEEN project partners followed by a 'wow' factor reception for 130 guests amongst the exhibits at RAF Cosford Museum with the MC and speakers presenting from under a Falcon Bomber. The evening continued with private dining for 35 core partners back at the conference hotel and following an overnight stay concluded with a short partners meeting after breakfast.
