An invitation-only celebration for 150 attendees.The brief was for a celebration event for students and university staff teams from the SPEED WM project, a graduate enterprise scheme.  An opportunity to recognise achievements as well as thanking all teams involved and of course the opportunity to ‘showcase’ the project success to key stakeholders.This involved total project management whilst liaising with project representatives from the 8 universities which required several meetings and a detailed briefing.
