Talent Match Sheffield City Region’s second annual conference looked back at 5 years of hard work, determination and commitment displayed by all those involved with the project delivery. It was a final opportunity to celebrate and share the success of the project in the Sheffield area but also a one last standing ovation to all the young people who have turned their lifes around with the support of Talent Match. 

Laura Brodrick of Think Big Picture graphically recorded the day's programme which included conversations with delivery partners, employers, local authorities and young people. Tom Ingall of BBC Look North returned as conference host for the day event which included live theatre performances delivered by Gazebo - a Talent Match Black Country hub that is taking young people stories on tour! - table activities and lively debates, success stories and real data on the project's Social Return on Investment.  

No One Left Behind was a fantastic event to finish the year with! There was an almost tangible feeling of joy, pride and achievement in the air, exuded not only by Talent Match staff, but mostly by the young people displaying their talents and business ventures in the mini market place. Everything from magic to 3D printing! 

OD&V worked closely with Mercian Events on the delivery of conference audio-video requirements and Steve Pitt was involved in graphic design and branding elements.
